No Sad Salads Here! This Asian-inspired spicy tuna salad is a vibrant and nutritious twist to your meal prep rotation. Say goodbye to bland, uninspiring salads and hello to a burst of flavor that will excite your taste buds!

My favorite way to prepare salad is with a mason jar. It prevents your salads from getting soggy. Plus it looks beautiful when layered with the variety of colors!

Tuna is one of those foods that are under valued. They're budget friendly, an excellent protein source and rich in iron! They're a staple in my house because its a quick and easy protein source. Aside from the tuna, the start of the show is the edamame!
Edamame is starchy vegetables that falls under legumes/beans. Adding more beans to your meals is one of the easiest ways to boost nutrition without sacrificing flavor. Edamame is packed with plant-based protein and fiber, which help keep you full, support digestion, and stabilize blood sugar. They’re also rich in iron, magnesium, potassium, and folate, nutrients that support heart health, and encourage steady energy levels throughout the day!
