Ninja Creami

Getting a ninja creami has been a game changer when it comes to my nutrition! It has helped me meet my protein needs while satisfying my sweet tooth by making high protein ice cream!

Crock Pot

Crock pots have saved me a lot of time. Using multiple modes of cooking makes meal prepping more efficient! Plus, it makes meats incredibly tender!

Mason Jars

Nothing is worse than a soggy salad! I like storing salads in jars because the dressing stays at the bottom until you're ready to eat!

Air Fryer/ Toaster oven Combo

Instead of traditional air fryers, I prefer the toast/air fryer combo because of the versatility and multiple modes of cooking to make meal prepping more efficient! And the results leave food SO crispy without deep frying!

Veggie Chopper

We are all busy! Saving time in the kitchen is necessary. I use a veggie chopper to save time on meal preps. It has saved me ALOT of time!

Damascus Knives

Dull knives are more dangerous than sharp. Nothing is worse than trying to slice into a tomato and getting "mush" instead! Invest in good quality, sharp knives!

Pyrex Dishes

A kitchen essential because you can bake your meals in the glass container which saves so much time during meal prepping and it minimizes messes!

Food Processor

 Saving time in the kitchen is necessary. I use a food processor to chop, slice, puree, or blend larger amounts of food! This is especially helpful during batch cooking or meal prepping!
