Pumpkin Cheesecake Ninja Creami Ice cream


Ingredients

(Makes 2 pints)

1 cup Fairlife skim milk

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (+2 tbsp for re-spinning)

2 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding mix

2 scoops Legion cinnamon cereal protein powder (vanilla also works)

1 cup pure pumpkin puree

2 tbsp monk sweetener or stevia

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1-2 Graham crackers (optional mix-in)


Directions:

  • Blend all the ingredients together and transfer to 2 ninja pint containers. Freeze for 24 hours. 

  • Use the “lite ice cream” setting. Add a tbs of milk and re-spin. Once done, I like to add 1 graham cracker to give it some crunchy texture 😻
