Cookies & Cream Protein Donuts
Ingredients
(Makes 12 donuts)
For Batter
40g All purpose flour
1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp of instant coffee
1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
Dash Of Salt
20g Alternative sweetener
100g Nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 whole egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
For Glaze
120g non fat Vanilla Greek yogurt
4 Oreo thins + 3 extra for glaze crumble
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
Spread batter in a greased doughnut tray and bake for 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before glazing.
For the glaze, blend 4 Oreo thins and vanilla whey in a food processor, then mix with yogurt.
Dip cooled doughnuts in glaze and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
