Sweet treats loaded with protein. Cereal protein bars are an excellent option for boosting protein intake while curbing sweet cravings.

I strongly believe that all foods have a place in our diet! Naturally, it can be challenging to achieve your fitness objectives when you're craving something sweet. These cereal bars are a great dessert choice when you're aiming to increase your protein intake.
It is hard to find a good quality protein powder so I like to use Whey + by Legion. They have the best quality protein out there and minimal additives. You can get 20% off your legion order if you use my code PatriciaE

In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread over the cereal bars. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set. (Optional: sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate.)
Once set, lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into 18 pieces.
